“Si può fare!”: The Book Chronicling the History of Bruno Group

“Si può fare!” (“It Can Be Done!”) is the volume published by Egea that traces the entrepreneurial journey of the Bruno family and the birth and development of our corporate group.
The work, authored by Mario Minoja and Stefania Bertolini with a preface by Professor Vittorio Coda from Bocconi University, documents the evolution from the Irpinian roots in Grottaminarda to the formation of the current organizational structure divided into three holdings:
- Gruppo Bruno S.r.l., active in the distribution of agricultural products in Southern Italy since 1977
- Bruno Generators Group (BGG) S.p.A., operating in the power generator sector since 1983
- HB4, active in complementary sectors
The title “Si può fare!” reflects the expression that has characterized Renato Bruno’s approach, a representative of the second entrepreneurial generation, in facing the challenges that led to the internationalization and diversification of the group, while maintaining solid family control.
The book analyzes the distinctive factors that have allowed the group’s companies to establish themselves in competitive markets such as the United Kingdom and the United States: from commitment to innovation to the values of personalized customer service, from attention to economic performance to social and environmental responsibility.
The volume also documents how this entrepreneurial vision has generated significant results in terms of sustainable growth and profitability above the industry average.
“Si può fare!” can be found on the Egea publisher’s website and through major distribution channels.
