The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons, in particular due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:

  • C.9.1.3.1: Some information conveyed visually is not programmatically or textually determinable

  • C.9.1.4.3: In some cases, the contrast between text and background does not meet the minimum requirements

  • C.9.1.4.10: Some content does not adapt correctly to window resizing

  • C.9.1.4.11: Some interactive elements do not meet the minimum contrast requirements

Improvement plan

BGG S.p.A. has launched an accessibility improvement plan, with six-monthly reviews.
Plugins and technical tools dedicated to WordPress are currently being evaluated in order to progressively resolve the critical issues identified.
The improvements will be publicly documented, where possible, to ensure transparency and traceability.
