BGG S.p.A. announces the acquisition of 80% of CEAR S.r.l.

Bruno Generators Group S.p.A. announces the acquisition of 80% of CEAR S.r.l., a long-established Italian company headquartered in Gessate, specialised in the design and manufacture of integrated systems for electrical power distribution and industrial automation.
Founded in 1980, CEAR has built extensive expertise in the production of medium and low voltage switchboards, control and command panels, industrial automation systems with PLC and SCADA, as well as power distribution and transformer substations.
