Milan, 1st of March 2023 – Bruno Generators Group S.p.A. (“BGG”), one of the leading international players in the production, distribution, and rental of premium gensets and lighting towers, has acquired the assets of 037 Tecnologia e Sicurezza S.r.l., a company operating in the design, manufacture and installation of complete customised mobile and stationary video surveillance systems. 

The company’s products are marketed under the Guardian and Matrix brands, which are covered by patents and find application in various industries, including remote video surveillance of construction sites and industrial plants, security of critical infrastructures, border control, military activities, and the supervision and video analysis of large public events (sporting events, concerts, etc.). 

The Guardian and Matrix products are characterised by high consumption efficiency thanks to a hybrid power supply and rely on a proprietary software platform that enables the remote management of such mobile surveillance systems equipped with cameras, telemetry, facial recognition systems and lighting according to high quality and technological standards. 

The transaction allows BGG to expand its product portfolio with a line of high value-added machines, as well as to strengthen its direct rental activities to meet the specific needs of its customers in the field of video surveillance for civilian and military use. 

Following the acquisition, the founder of 037 Tecnologia e Sicurezza S.r.l., Alberto Colombi, will remain at the helm of the new division as CEO.
