BGG S.p.A. announces the acquisition of a majority stake in ATME S.p.A.

It is with great satisfaction that we announce the acquisition of the majority of the shares of ATME S.p.A. by the BGG S.p.A. Group, through its subsidiary MT Milantractor S.p.a.

ATME, a leading company in the Power Quality sector based in Peschiera Borromeo, represents absolute excellence thanks to its more than 30 years of history, innovation and reliability.
Founded in 1995, ATME has become a reference point in the sector, offering integrated and customised solutions for the design, sale and installation of power generation and power quality systems. The company is the exclusive distributor in Italy of the products of three world leaders in the sector and builds complete systems, taking care of every phase, from engineering to installation and maintenance.
With its expertise, ATME protects utilities and improves power quality, which is essential in sectors where interruptions or power failures can have critical consequences.
In an ever-changing context, ATME also stands out for its contribution to Intelligent Networks, supporting the stabilisation of electricity grids and energy optimisation, even in the presence of non-programmable renewable sources.
