BGG publishes the 2024 ESG Report: “Energy for a Possible Future”

For over forty years, BGG has been bringing energy where it is needed: on construction sites, at events, in emergency situations, and in industrial projects in Italy and around the world. Today, this commitment takes a step further with the publication of the 2024 ESG Report “Energy for a Possible Future”, the Group’s second sustainability report and the first to present, in a single, unified narrative, the performance and strategic choices of all operating companies, both in Italy and abroad, across the 2022–2024 three-year period.

The Report is built on a simple but powerful belief: BGG’s growth only makes sense if it advances together with responsibility toward people, the environment, and the communities in which the Group operates. For this reason, sustainability is not described as a stand-alone project, but as an integral part of the business model: from product design to the management of production sites, from relationships with customers to investment decisions.

The document also highlights the BGG Green Path journey, launched in 2010, which has led to the development of lower environmental-impact solutions—such as FUSTEQ generators, BESS energy storage systems, hybrid lighting towers, and the first applications featuring hydrogen-powered engines—and explains how the Group is strengthening, year after year, its governance, certifications, compliance culture, and stakeholder listening tools.

Special attention is given to BGG’s people: an international organization made up of technical expertise, experience, and new generations, which the Group supports through training programs, welfare, safety, and initiatives designed to value talent and diversity. At the same time, the Report describes the commitment to reduce consumption, emissions, and waste by investing in more efficient technologies and in resource management increasingly aligned with the circular economy.

“Energy for a Possible Future” is not only the title of the Report, but the direction BGG has chosen to follow: to keep growing in its sector, contributing concretely to the energy transition and creating value for customers, partners, communities, and employees.
