BGG S.p.A. announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Rent Service Energy S.r.l.

We are pleased to announce that Rent Service Energy, a long-established company based in Pomponesco (MN), operating in the field of temporary energy and rental services, has officially joined the BGG S.p.A. family today.

The signing of the majority acquisition agreement was attended by Renato Bruno, CEO of the BGG Group, and Mr.Nicola Sanfelici, who will continue to lead the company together with his daughter Marina.

The integration of this small yet well-structured company into our Group marks an important step in our growth journey, as it allows us to expand our skills, services, and solutions dedicated to a constantly evolving energy market through the sharing of know-how and experience.
